Moodubidire: The new outlet of Zhari Bedra, under Zhari Couture, was inaugurated on Sunday at Navami Plaza, located opposite the bus stand in Moodubidire.
Senior member Vijayalakshmi Ariga inaugurated the store.
Chief Officer of Moodubidire Municipality, Indu M., lit the ceremonial lamp and spoke on the occasion. She said that the establishment of Zhari’s garment store in Moodubidire is a matter of joy. The store offers women a convenient opportunity to shop for a variety of outfits for all occasions under one roof. She added that Zhari has earned appreciation from everyone and this new outlet will introduce diverse clothing options to the local community.
Guest Jayashree Amarnath Shetty, in her address, said that Zhari, which started in Mangaluru, opening a branch in Moodubidire is beneficial for women. Earlier, people had to travel to cities like Bengaluru and Mumbai for a good saree selection. After Zhari came to Mangaluru, it became a favorite among customers. With its unique and high-quality collections, it appeals to everyone. She also mentioned that Vijesh and Nandita are locals, and starting a store in their hometown is a matter of pride.
